About the Role
We seek a knowledgeable and goal-driven professional with substantial expertise in the real estate sector, including lead generation, sales operations, and familiarity with property listing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads from multiple property portals and other relevant channels.
- Oversee sales workflows ensuring efficient progression from lead acquisition to deal closure.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Accurately assess client needs and suggest appropriate property listings.
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of real estate projects, market dynamics, and sales processes.
- Perform consistent client follow-ups to convert prospects into closed sales.
- Maintain detailed records including lead documentation, sales reports, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate coordination among clients, brokers, and internal departments for seamless operations.
- Formulate and implement strategies aimed at boosting sales performance and business expansion.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in real estate sales or operations roles.
- Strong proficiency with property portals and lead management tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Experience in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
- Sound understanding of real estate market trends and customer service skills.
