Role overview
This on-site Operations Coordinator position is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, within the Real Estate & Building Technology work area. The role supports the daily coordination of engineers, clients, documentation, and operational workflows related to LCC Crane activities.
Key duties
- Manage daily operational tasks, arrange engineer schedules, and liaise with clients.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, obtain purchase orders and transfer slips, and request gate access where needed.
- Check certificates, support audit file preparation, and raise and issue purchase orders.
- Visit sites as required and assist walk-in customers.
- Use and maintain operational monitoring systems.
Required qualifications and skills
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar discipline is preferred for this role. Strong computer literacy is required, along with good planning, organisation, and time management abilities. The position also calls for clear communication, sound interpersonal skills, and a practical approach to problem-solving and analysis.
