Role Overview
Cplusoft is seeking a skilled Online Reputation Manager specialized in B2B directories, awards, and reputation enhancement within the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing profiles on platforms such as Clutch, DesignRush, GoodFirms, and others relevant to software, AI, SaaS, and IT businesses. This role demands a strategic individual capable of elevating company visibility and recognition in competitive technology markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, claim, audit, and optimize company profiles across multiple B2B directories and review platforms.
- Enhance visibility across categories including AI, software, cloud computing, data, and enterprise technologies.
- Manage the process of obtaining authentic client reviews while adhering strictly to platform guidelines and ethics.
- Research and identify pertinent awards, badges, rankings, and recognition opportunities relevant to the company’s domain.
- Upload and refine portfolios, case studies, and stories of client success to strengthen online presence.
- Monitor competitor profiles, ranking trends, and assess profile performance regularly.
- Oversee submission of award entries, manage deadlines, and organize supporting documentation.
- Maintain a centralized tracking system for profiles, reviews, rankings, associated costs, and progression metrics.
- Collaborate closely with teams in SEO, content, marketing, and business development to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience managing B2B directory or review platform profiles within the technology industry.
- Hands-on familiarity with platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, The Manifest, and similar marketplaces.
- Background in software development, AI, SaaS, or other tech companies is essential.
- Deep understanding of directory rankings, category classifications, and strategic profile positioning.
- Proven ability to secure legitimate client reviews and attain industry badges, awards, or recognitions.
- Strong research skills complemented by excellent communication, organizational capabilities, and project management expertise.
