Role Overview
- Accurately and safely pick and pack customer orders for online grocery shopping.
- Coordinate with various departments to manage stock shortages, substitutions, and respond to online customer inquiries.
- Maintain a strong commitment to health and safety standards in the workplace.
Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and commitment to a customer-first approach.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate well within the team.
- Capability to remain on your feet and actively perform throughout the shift.
- Possess a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
Working Hours
This role follows a roster schedule from Monday to Sunday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM each day.
