Position Overview
Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate and gain essential skills in a fast-paced retail setting. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select and assemble customer orders from various temperature-controlled zones to ensure timely delivery.
- Carefully pack orders, verifying product choices, quantities, and product codes to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure product freshness and remove damaged items; properly complete all required documentation such as pick slips and shipping labels.
- Optimize packing methods to efficiently use space while preserving product safety and quality.
- Engage positively with customers and team members, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following hygiene and safety guidelines, promptly cleaning spills, and ensuring cleanliness of totes before use.
- Operate equipment safely and conduct necessary safety inspections.
- Show flexibility in work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, supporting store operations smoothly.
Challenges
- Manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, including overnight shifts, while maintaining energy and focus.
- Handle physical tasks such as standing long hours, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive stocking and organizing duties with attention to detail.

Compensation
The starting wage for this role is $16.50 per hour.
