Overview
Contactx Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire a Non-IT Recruiter for a work-from-home setup. The ideal candidate should be ready to join immediately.
Role Overview
This position focuses on end-to-end hiring for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, client coordination, and closing open positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Create effective sourcing plans and define the right talent pools for each requirement.
- Share at least 6 to 7 candidate profiles with clients every day.
- Deliver a minimum of 3 to 5 joinings each month.
- Conduct weekly calls with each client SPOC and circulate meeting notes to the Client, Director Operations, and Recruiters.
- Keep an updated tracker for each client showing date received, follow-up actions, response time, and current status.
- Find suitable candidates through job portals, networking platforms, and modern sourcing tools.
- Assess profiles, map critical skills, shortlist candidates, and manage evaluations.
- Work on candidate redistribution effectively to improve conversion rates.
- Participate in client review meetings, align expectations, and handle hiring issues.
- Develop and maintain a steady candidate pipeline for recurring hiring needs.
- Track openings by drive and by position to improve productivity and revenue outcomes.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including client coordination, candidate follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
Additional Information
This role is specifically for non-IT recruitment and is suitable for candidates comfortable with remote work. Immediate joiners are preferred.
