Night Receptionist

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Night Receptionist to join the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC team. This full-time role involves managing the night audit and all front office responsibilities during the overnight shift. As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will ensure our guests receive exceptional service and have a positive experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all night audit duties and oversee front desk operations during night shifts.
• Respond promptly to guests' requests, including concierge services.
• Welcome and interact with diverse guests nightly, providing personalized and friendly assistance.
• Maintain a strong focus on enhancing the guest experience with attentive service.

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a Night Receptionist is essential.
• Familiarity with accounting principles applicable to night audit processes.
• Competency in operating property management systems, particularly Opera PMS.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of a second language is preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong teamwork spirit, and a positive, flexible attitude.
• Technologically adept with the ability to work efficiently using hotel management software.
