Position Overview
Edworthy IT & HR Solutions is hiring for the role of Mystery Auditor and Operations Coordinator collaborating with multiple companies for mystery audits. This position involves conducting audits locally within your city and coordinating operations by guiding auditors remotely.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform field audits in your city as a Mystery Auditor.
- Support and guide auditing teams remotely as an Operations Coordinator via phone calls.
Work Schedule and Location
- Hybrid work setup.
- Work hours: Any 5 hours between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Mandatory working days: Monday through Sunday.
- Weekly off: Choose one day among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
- Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working days.
- Work locations include the entire city of Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India.
Compensation
- Monthly salary of ₹6,000.
- Additional audit performance incentives.
- Travel expenses reimbursed.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate degree.
- Basic spoken English communication skills.
- Age between 21 and 30 years.
- Must own a bike.
- Possession of an Android smartphone is compulsory.
- Good communication abilities.
