Role Summary

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, the Merchandise Coordinator will oversee and implement the club's retail merchandise program across multiple platforms including online sales and match-day venues. This position ensures smooth merchandise operations, elevates supporter satisfaction, and contributes to the club's commercial goals. The role plays a vital part in boosting merchandise revenue while maintaining compliance with club and league standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the merchandise program in line with the club’s strategy, acting as the main liaison for product management, stock allocation, promotions, and seasonal merchandise.
  • Oversee stock procurement, inventory levels, and restocking strategies to optimize product availability and reduce surplus.
