About the Role
We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to manage and oversee the installation, functioning, and upkeep of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within our commercial real estate developments based in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise installation and maintenance tasks of MEP systems.
- Ensure optimal performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and utility infrastructure.
- Plan and carry out scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and on-site teams.
- Uphold quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare detailed maintenance documentation and reports.
- Identify and resolve technical problems promptly to avoid downtime.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong experience in MEP maintenance processes.
- Proficient with HVAC system operations and upkeep.
- Solid knowledge of electrical system maintenance.
- Experience managing plumbing system functions.
- Understanding of fire fighting system mechanisms and maintenance.
- Expertise in preventive maintenance strategies.
- Facility management capabilities.
- Vendor management and coordination skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with MS Office for reporting and documentation purposes.
