Role Overview
This position focuses on coordinating Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing services through AutoCAD to ensure adherence to international regulations, project requirements, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust technical expertise, excellent multidisciplinary coordination, and the capability to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 2D MEP coordination for various building services conforming to relevant codes and regulations using AutoCAD.
- Develop and manage 2D AutoCAD MEP drawings encompassing Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Collaborate closely with team members to deliver projects within set timeframes, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Liaise effectively with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure cohesive project coordination.
- Ensure project execution aligns with the agreed schedules, costs, and quality criteria.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess either a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an ITI/Technical Diploma supported by relevant experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical Pipework sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in MEP Coordination utilizing AutoCAD is essential.
- Experience working independently on 3D Revit MEP or 3D AutoCAD projects.
- Proficiency in English communication is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Navisworks software is considered a beneficial skill.
