Membership & Ticketing Operations Manager

About the Role

The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are embarking on a vibrant new phase of growth with record membership numbers and passionate supporters. We seek a seasoned operational leader to oversee the Membership and Ticketing operations to ensure premium experiences for all Members and fans.

Reporting to the Head of Consumer, you will manage day-to-day operations within the Club's Membership and Ticketing program, ensuring each Member engagement reflects the team's pride and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the Club's annual Membership program, including sales and delivery cycles.
• Supervise all aspects of Membership and Ticketing operations.
• Coordinate seasonal product delivery for memberships.
• Manage ticketing logistics and allocations for all home games.
• Deliver top-tier customer service at every touchpoint with Members.
• Enhance and streamline operational workflows consistently.
• Generate precise reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Forge and maintain excellent partnerships with ticketing vendors and stakeholders.
• Assist with initiatives aimed at Member acquisition and retention.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Membership & Ticketing team effectively.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences. You will be adept at process improvement, problem solving, and handling multiple projects while cultivating positive relationships with customers and partners.

Preferred experience includes:

• Managing membership, loyalty, or subscription initiatives
• Expertise in ticketing operations
• Proficiency with Archtics software
• Leadership in customer service environments
• New member acquisition strategies
• Event management and operations
• Project coordination skills
• Report generation and administrative capabilities
• Stakeholder management
• Team leadership and development

Experience in professional sports is highly valued but is not mandatory.
