About the Role
This position is for a Medical Superintendent in a hospital environment based in Mumbai. The role focuses on keeping hospital operations running smoothly, improving patient safety, maintaining clinical standards, handling budgets, and providing overall leadership for medical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the hospital’s daily functioning so that medical operations remain efficient and coordinated.
- Support and strengthen patient safety practices across the facility.
- Monitor and improve the quality of clinical care delivered by the hospital.
- Plan and manage hospital budgets with attention to resource use and control.
- Develop and enforce policy structures for medical services.
- Work closely with clinicians to encourage engagement and effective coordination.
- Ensure compliance with medico-legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage hospital resources in a structured and efficient manner.
- Provide overall supervision of all hospital medical services.
Eligibility
Candidates must hold an M.B.B.S. degree in any specialization.
