Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for major food service brands within a global digital food delivery leader based in Berlin Mitte, Germany. This position involves enhancing the market presence and growth of well-known local restaurant chains using an innovative technology platform that connects millions with their favorite dining and convenience options.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture marketing partnerships with significant local restaurant brands.
• Design and execute comprehensive Joint Business Plans aimed at boosting order volumes and enhancing brand loyalty.
• Manage end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing strategy, creative development, execution, and performance analysis.
• Analyze marketing campaign data and KPIs to improve ROI and discover new growth possibilities.
• Coordinate hyper-local activations ensuring strong brand visibility both digitally and within physical venues.
• Act as the main communication bridge between restaurant founders, local sales units, and central departments including CRM, Digital, and Creative teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent in German and English languages.
• Proven marketing experience, especially in food delivery, quick service restaurants, or partner marketing sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of the German consumer market, preferably including familiarity with Berlin's dining culture.
• Demonstrated abilities in devising strategic growth plans with corporate partners or key accounts.
• Strong analytical capabilities to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for effective communication with entrepreneurs and corporate leaders.
