Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to elevate Homecare Medical's brand awareness nationwide.
• Maintain consistent communication across retail, digital, clinical, and trade channels to position the company as a dependable healthcare provider.
• Drive growth in revenue through ecommerce and brick-and-mortar sales by developing campaigns aimed at increasing store visits, local recognition, and conversion rates.
• Optimize customer experiences both online and physically in stores.
• Support marketing efforts targeting healthcare and trade sectors, enhancing client engagement and loyalty in collaboration with sales and contract teams.
• Supervise ecommerce results including traffic, sales, and conversions; direct digital strategies involving SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and social media in partnership with Ecommerce Manager and Digital Marketing Executive.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitor movements, identifying opportunities to expand product categories including mobility aids, continence care, and advanced medical equipment.
• Manage production of printed materials like brochures and catalogues, ensuring coherence across retail, print, and digital campaigns and bolstering in-store merchandising efforts.
• Lead and cultivate a multi-disciplinary marketing team by establishing clear KPIs tied to company sales goals, encouraging a collaborative and accountable culture focused on commercial success.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in marketing leadership or senior roles, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmacy sectors.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years managing and developing teams.
• Experience with Shopify platform is advantageous.
• Strong comprehension of omnichannel marketing within B2C and B2B contexts.
• Commercial acumen evidenced by the ability to drive sales and maximize return on investment.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
