About the company
This is a fast-growing retail business with an established presence across Spain and an active plan for international growth. The marketing function is being expanded to support that ambition, and the team is expected to work with speed, ownership, and accountability.
Role overview
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will turn brand and commercial priorities into campaigns that perform across both online and offline touchpoints. The role covers planning and delivery for the Spanish market, with additional support for new-market expansion.
Key ownership areas
You will handle end-to-end marketing initiatives, coordinate outside agencies, maintain the marketing calendar, and monitor results across channels. You will also be the main contact for the junior colleague working in this function.
What you should bring
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of marketing experience and a proven track record of managing campaigns from initial brief through to measurable outcomes. Background in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing brands will be especially valuable. Strong Spanish fluency is mandatory. You should be confident working across paid media, SEO, email, and social channels, and comfortable handling analytics and reporting tools without relying on a separate data team to interpret performance.
Location and compensation
This position is remote from Brazil, Argentina, or Spain. Candidates must be able to overlap fully with the Spain time zone (CET). The annual gross salary is EUR 60,000.
