Marketing Executive

About the Role

B Tax Advisors India Pvt. Ltd., located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to support and promote its services in tax, legal, accounting, GST, company registration, and business consultancy. This full-time position offers a fixed monthly remuneration along with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate prospective client leads through diverse channels such as field marketing, telephone outreach, social media, referrals, and business networking.
• Engage with a variety of clients including shop owners, companies, startups, traders, and professionals to promote service offerings.
• Present detailed information on GST registration, GST filing, income tax filing, company registration, accounting, audit, trademark, FSSAI, MSME, and other compliance services.
• Follow up diligently on inquiries received through WhatsApp, the company's website, social platforms, and advertisements.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of communications, meetings, leads, and conversions.
• Collaborate effectively with the internal office team for document gathering and service processing.
• Build and nurture enduring client relationships to support repeat business.
• Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Participate actively in promotional campaigns, events, and local marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles.
• Fluency in English and Kannada is essential; proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu is advantageous.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, Microsoft Excel, and mobile applications.
• Self-disciplined, confident, hardworking, and strongly target-driven.
• Possession of a two-wheeler along with a valid driving license is preferred for effective field marketing.
• Prior experience in domains such as banking, insurance, finance, taxation, accounting, real estate, or consultancy marketing is valued.
