Overview
Dermapure Clinical seeks a skilled Marketing & E-commerce Executive to join their team. This position involves managing multi-channel marketing activities and e-commerce sites in a fast-moving environment. The role demands creativity, strategic communication, and strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms, particularly Shopify. The successful candidate will handle eight distinct websites, each with individual brand identities and objectives, requiring adaptability and collaborative teamwork to foster a productive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and schedule consumer-oriented marketing campaigns for various skincare brands, including newsletters, promotions, product launches, training updates, and other communications.
- Maintain and update multiple Shopify websites, managing product info, pricing, promotions, homepage visuals, and campaign pages.
- Administer the company’s Shopify-based online training hub, ensuring content accuracy and organization.
- Oversee the training booking system: setting up events, updating availability, and facilitating promotional activities.
- Manage wholesale pricing and promotions through SparkLayer, maintaining precise B2B pricing and discounts.
- Participate in sales and marketing meetings, contributing ideas for campaigns, social media strategies, and monitoring competitors.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience with SparkLayer and ability to improve or write custom code as necessary.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and graphic tools like Canva and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Dot Digital.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and SEO to optimize website effectiveness and compliance.
- Competence in generating clear marketing campaign reports using data analytics.
- Capability to manage content across diverse brands and sites within brand guidelines.
- Understanding of customer journeys to enhance website navigation and user experience.
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail and adapt proactively to market trends.
- Interest or knowledge in health, beauty, and wellbeing sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Professional conduct representing the company, suppliers, clients, and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events as needed.
- Flexibility to assist beyond defined duties to support overall business success.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
