Position Overview
WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a strategic Managing Director with a strong background as a financial advisor. This opportunity suits candidates who have successfully cultivated their own financial advisory practice and are ready to lead and grow a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
The Managing Director will continue managing their client portfolio while focusing heavily on recruiting, mentoring, and guiding a team of experienced advisors to enhance their practices. Leadership in fostering a culture oriented toward high performance and contributing to the firm’s long-term growth vision is essential.
Candidate Requirements
- At least three years of experience within financial services, demonstrating growth in a personal practice
- Active Life and Health Insurance license required
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses are preferred; sponsorship and support are available if not held
- Proven ability in client acquisition, financial planning, and relationship management
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development
- A business-focused mindset with strategic long-term growth objectives
- Authorization to work in the United States
