About the Role
VitalCaring Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its recruiting team remotely. This is a strategic position responsible for guiding day-to-day recruiting operations and enhancing how we attract top talent across multiple divisions including clinical, sales, operations, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to a team of 7-10 Talent Acquisition Partners through regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching.
- Promote a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and recruiting excellence.
- Manage onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for new recruiters ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Serve as the primary operational leader and escalation point for all recruiting activities.
- Oversee recruiting workflows, balancing workloads and prioritizing hiring activities to ensure timely and quality hires.
- Proactively monitor recruiting pipelines and requisition aging, resolving any bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with business leaders on critical hiring and workforce planning initiatives.
- Standardize recruitment processes and introduce technology and automation to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, and recruiting standards.
- Drive exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and dashboards to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
- Partner with senior Talent Acquisition leadership to provide insightful reporting and strategic recommendations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within healthcare.
- At least 3 years of experience managing or leading recruiting teams.
- Proven expertise in supporting high-volume, multi-state recruitment environments.
- Strong familiarity with recruiting metrics, pipeline management, and workforce analytics.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate recruiter teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational competencies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to convert metrics into business actions.
- Experience driving process improvements and integrating recruitment technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background recruiting in Home Health, Hospice, Post-Acute Care, or broader Healthcare Services.
- Experience managing recruiting across geographically dispersed field operations.
