Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Manager of Project Management to lead a team responsible for delivering projects for our clients, primarily major financial services institutions. While project management skills are important, this role emphasizes people management — overseeing resource allocation, providing guidance, ensuring accountability, and fostering team development. Your leadership will ensure that project management practices are consistently applied and help grow your team's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the project management team adhering to company standards
• Set employee objectives, delegate tasks, optimize resource distribution, and handle escalated issues to meet all deadlines
• Coach team members on overcoming project challenges and support their professional development
• Dissect complex problems into actionable tasks, coordinate information gathering, analyze outcomes, and prioritize solutions with your team
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance client satisfaction and scalability
• Train new employees, track progress, provide continuous feedback, and escalate issues when necessary
• Collaborate with senior cross-functional leaders to align project activities with organizational goals
• Act as a strategic liaison and escalation point for senior client stakeholders in large financial institutions
• Promote a positive company culture and contribute ideas to improve employee engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications like PgMP, MSP, PMP preferred
• Minimum 5 years managing people with focus on team development, enablement, and mentorship
• 7 to 10 years in program/project management or client-facing roles within large enterprises, ideally Fortune 500 and financial services
• Proven leadership in scaling teams managing complex enterprise accounts, preferably in financial services
• Excellent ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders internally and at client organizations
• Strong independent problem-solving skills with capability to create lasting process solutions
• Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Background in digital marketing and SaaS products highly desirable

Compensation and Benefits

Annual base salary ranges from $125,000 to $145,000, dependent on experience, location, and market factors.
