Manager - Oracle Fusion Technical

About the Role

This opportunity is within PwC's Oracle Services Practice, designed to enable organizations in leveraging enterprise technology to fulfill their digital transformation goals and exploit business opportunities. The role focuses on helping clients implement and effectively utilize Oracle solutions to address business challenges and drive success across finance operations, human capital management, supply chain, reporting and analytics, and governance, risk, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS projects as a technical developer, having successfully completed at least two full Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Oracle database structures for ERP/Oracle Cloud (Fusion).
• Design and develop BI Publisher reports, manage FBDI/OTBI, and handle Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) tasks.
• Apply advanced technical skills in Oracle Database SQL and PL/SQL.
• Offer technical support and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion applications to maintain functional integrity.
• Work collaboratively with functional consultants to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans to validate technical deliverables.
• Take on technical leadership roles, mentoring junior team members and guiding project technical aspects.
• Participate fully in the software development life cycle: gathering requirements, designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging Oracle technologies and industry best practices; provide technological recommendations to clients.
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and budgeting to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and teams to achieve on-time, budget-conscious delivery of technical solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion technical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or MBA qualification.
• Proficient in Oracle Fusion Applications.
