Role overview
This is a managerial position based in Pune, Maharashtra, for a professional with 8 to 12 years of experience. The shift runs from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. India local time.
Core experience required
- At least 5 years of hands-on market research experience.
- At least 3 years of reporting and analytics experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience, whether or not it involved direct reports.
- Experience in location analysis and competitor analysis.
Role expectations
The position carries equal weight on people leadership and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading teams of around 10 to 15 members and working closely with internal partners.
Preferred background
Candidates are expected to have worked with retail organizations and to bring strong practical expertise in market research.
Tools and communication
Good verbal and written communication skills are important. Strong proficiency in data visualization with Power BI is preferred over Tableau. Working knowledge of GIS mapping platforms such as ArcGIS and Google Maps tools is also expected.
