Overview

This position acts as a key operational partner to the Global Delivery Head, supporting the delivery organization through reporting, governance, coordination, and execution. It is a hands-on leadership role that goes beyond simple scheduling or follow-up work. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational results, driving accountability across delivery teams, and connecting the Delivery Head with Service Line leaders, DU Leaders, PMO, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance. The role calls for a highly analytical, well-organized, proactive professional who can work at pace and manage multiple senior-level priorities.

Reporting and Delivery Intelligence

  • Build and manage Global Delivery dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive presentations covering revenue, margins, utilization, fulfilment, CSAT, ESAT, and AI adoption.
  • Review operational and delivery data, turn it into meaningful insights, and highlight issues for leadership decisions.
  • Assist with quarterly business reviews, leadership review meetings, and board-level delivery presentations.

Governance and Operational Coordination

  • Run recurring governance meetings across delivery teams, including agenda management, action tracking, and follow-through until closure.
  • Work with DU Leaders, Service Line leads, PMO, TA, HR, and Finance on operational priorities and interdependent activities.
  • Track strategic initiatives and make sure leadership actions are followed up and completed on schedule.

Customer Visit and Executive Event Management

  • Coordinate customer visits, leadership reviews, and executive engagement events end to end for Pune and offshore locations.
  • Handle event logistics, agendas, venue and facility setup, and post-visit follow-up.
  • Support customer-facing events and executive engagement programs to deliver a smooth experience.

Organisational Engagement and Communication

  • Coordinate Global Delivery all-hands meetings, leadership offsites, and team-building activities.
  • Support recognition programs, communication campaigns, and organizational announcements on behalf of the Delivery Head.
  • Maintain clear and timely internal communication across the Global Delivery organization.

Programme and Initiative Execution

  • Lead operational execution for major Global Delivery initiatives such as AI adoption, JadeNova, and delivery excellence programs.
  • Maintain project plans, status trackers, and executive dashboards for strategic programs while coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Identify blockers early and escalate risks to the Delivery Head before timelines are affected.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
  • 10 to 14 years of experience in delivery operations, PMO, business operations, or a similar role within IT services or consulting.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar reporting tools are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving, senior-leadership-facing environment.
  • Exposure to IT services, global delivery models, or consulting operations is strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools, workflow automation, or collaboration platforms.
  • Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2, or an equivalent credential.
