Role Overview

Lead the complete strategy formulation and implementation for flagship and new strategic initiatives at Tech Mahindra. Collaborate closely with Strategic Business Units, IBG, and SL leadership teams to convert ideas into actionable pipelines, pitches, and measurable business results.

Key Duties

• Develop and own the strategic narrative, opportunity assessments, and growth planning.
• Shape competitive positioning and deliver impactful executive-level communications.
• Guide and provide strategic direction to team members, clarifying ownership roles and ensuring effective execution.
• Manage end-to-end delivery and business outcomes for strategic programs, including risk, dependency, and escalation management.
• Create and monitor dashboards to track pipeline progress and generate leadership reports.
• Facilitate sales and SBU workshops, engage cross-functionally, and manage evaluations of third-party partnerships.
• Prepare updates and communications for the executive leadership team.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8 years' professional experience, preferably in IT sales, strategy, program management, or consulting.
• Comprehensive understanding of the technology sector, digital transformation, and AI initiatives, complemented by strong analytical capabilities.
• Proven leadership skills with experience guiding teams and driving results through influence.
• Solid academic credentials with expertise in financial analysis, sales strategy, and operational management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with AI tools like Copilot or other large language models is a plus.
