Its products are used across a wide range of industries and institutions, including power, pharmaceuticals, cement, ceramic and glass, steel, textiles, petrochemicals, hotels, hospitals, government and public sector units, coal, and railways.

Role Overview

This position is for a driven Business Development Executive/Manager who can expand business opportunities, win new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing customers in the staffing and workforce solutions space. The role requires hands-on experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, recruitment services, staffing solutions, and key account handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and convert new business opportunities for staffing, recruitment, payroll outsourcing, and HR-related services.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both potential and current clients.
  • Lead client discussions, presentations, and commercial negotiations to close business deals.
  • Draft proposals, pricing quotations, and service agreements.
  • Work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and sales goals.
  • Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client requirements are delivered on time.
  • Monitor market movements, competitor activity, and changing customer needs.
  • Source leads through networking, references, cold outreach, email marketing, business events, and professional platforms.
  • Keep the sales funnel and CRM data updated and accurate.
  • Track proposal follow-ups, collections, contract renewals, and client responses.
  • Take part in tenders, RFP submissions, and corporate presentations.
