Role Overview

Join the Airline Development team at Changi Airport Group to actively support the expansion of Changi’s aviation business. This strategic position focuses on enhancing the airport’s competitive edge and appeal as the leading air hub in the region by facilitating growth in passenger traffic and air connectivity. The role entails collaborating extensively with airlines and stakeholders to launch new services, augment existing routes, and drive various initiatives aimed at boosting throughput at Changi.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engagement with an assigned group of airline partners to foster air hub growth and attract new carriers to Changi.
• Conduct comprehensive traffic data analysis and develop persuasive business cases for airline collaborations.
• Monitor and interpret market trends impacting air traffic to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead joint promotional campaigns with airlines highlighting Changi as the preferred transfer hub.
• Coordinate efforts between internal departments and external parties to ensure successful execution of airport development projects.
• Participate in government-related initiatives aimed at stimulating traffic and connectivity at Changi Airport.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects as opportunities arise.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a degree in any discipline.
• Preferably have prior experience working with airlines or within the aviation industry, coupled with skills in quantitative analysis.
• Exhibit self-drive, resourcefulness, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong teamwork capabilities.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and presentation proficiency.
• Be willing to travel internationally as required.
