Role Overview & Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee the introduction of new market projects and initiatives alongside existing and potential partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at the Head Office and Regional levels as well as payment aggregators to ensure seamless program implementation.
  • Create and manage Consumer EMI (Equated Monthly Installments) schemes tailored for various marketing phases.
  • Develop and execute channel communication strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency, obtaining feedback, and quick dissemination of key scheme-related information.
  • Maintain and nurture partnerships with Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and aggregator partners.
  • Design and administrate affordability schemes during product launches, ongoing support phases, and festive seasons.
  • Allocate, manage, and regulate budgets aligned with different business priorities.
  • Regularly evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) for critical business expenditures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including IT, Sales Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Legal departments to onboard new partners, launch consumer finance offerings, and manage partner claim settlements.
