Role Overview

The Maintenance Storeperson plays a key role in managing the daily operations of the Maintenance Store, ensuring that spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials are properly stored, controlled, and accessible to support site activities. The role requires close coordination with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams, focusing on inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, safety compliance, and prompt support of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory and control of stock.
• Manage warehouse and store operations effectively.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and clear identification of stock locations.
• Uphold workplace safety and quality standards throughout the store.
• Work independently while managing various priorities efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Apply proactive problem-solving skills and drive continuous improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in inventory management, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, or industrial environments.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Safety-conscious with a commitment to compliance standards.
• Familiarity with maintenance spare parts and industrial warehouse procedures is highly valued.
• Forklift license and experience with inventory management software or CMMS systems are advantageous.
