About the Role
Join one of Germany's leading mask manufacturers based in Berlin as a Machine Operator. Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and supervise advanced mask production machinery.
- Conduct quality control tests and ensure consistent product quality within your operational scope.
- Assist with maintenance tasks, including tool changes, machine preparation, and adjustments.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement processes by sharing expertise and initiatives.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or related qualification.
- Preferably prior experience as a setter or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments safely and accurately.
- Motivated, flexible, and capable of performing well under pressure.
- Independent, precise in work approach, with an excellent sense of performance and quality.

Working Hours and Shifts
- Standard 8-hour shifts with rotations including day, evening, night, and overnight shifts.
- Shift preference for day, night, and overnight shifts.
- Working days primarily Monday to Friday.
