Logistics Specialist

Overview

The Logistics Specialist will manage and enhance the daily operational standards of third-party warehouses, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency across inventory management, packing, distribution center processes, and inbound/outbound shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and improve the operational quality of external warehouse partners, focusing on inventory precision, packing standards, distribution center productivity, and timely inbound/outbound logistics activities.
• Analyze operational data to detect irregularities and implement improvements or corrective actions.
• Track performance of logistics carriers in store deliveries and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.
• Serve as the logistics liaison, balancing requests from various departments while coordinating with third-party logistics providers and internal operations teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Execute company headquarters’ policies and plans, provide prompt progress updates, and ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is mandatory.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is required for regular communication.
• Prior experience in warehousing and logistics is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in data analysis.
• Proven capability to carry out plans effectively and deliver measurable results.
• Exceptional communication, coordination, organizational, and negotiation skills paired with an outgoing demeanor.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required, such as Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work permit.
