Operating across 20 countries, our 133 million registered users and over 261,000 active partners have saved more than 517 million meals, significantly reducing CO2 emissions. As a certified B Corp and recognized global innovator, we combine technology, education, and advocacy to foster sustainable consumption.

Your Role

As Logistics Manager, you will oversee the operational delivery and vendor management for our logistics network in a specific cluster of markets. Leading a team of Logistics Specialists, you will manage relationships with 3PLs and Last Mile carriers while ensuring strict adherence to SLAs, optimizing costs, and enhancing customer delivery experience. Reporting to the Head of European Logistics, you will also influence strategic plans and collaborate across teams to implement operational improvements and new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 3PLs and last-mile partners to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and process standards, serving as the primary escalation point for operational issues.
  • Develop and execute continuous improvement plans with external vendors aligning with internal goals, and provide regular status updates.
  • Champion exceptional post-purchase customer experiences by analyzing support metrics and making operational adjustments to boost retention.
  • Collaborate with Finance to control supply chain costs, auditing and tracking expenditures to maintain budget discipline without owning the P&L directly.
  • Lead, guide, and develop a team of Logistics Specialists, overseeing their daily outputs, engagement, and performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational metrics to senior leadership and formulate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional departments to help shape logistics strategies and support project delivery including onboarding new vendors and deploying innovative tools and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or tactical logistics, ideally within fast-moving consumer goods such as food, grocery, or perishables.
  • Proven ability in managing 3PLs and last-mile logistics providers with a strong focus on enforcing contracts and fostering dependable partnerships.
  • Leadership experience managing and coaching operational teams to achieve tactical goals.
  • Strong communication skills to align internal and external stakeholders and influence senior management decisions.
  • Advanced analytical capability for diagnosing supply chain challenges and delivering effective solutions.
  • Fluency in English plus either German or Dutch is required.
  • Experience overseeing multi-country logistics operations and familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, and OMS systems is advantageous.

Company Values

  • Collaboration: Working as one team to combat food waste together.
  • Excellence: Continuously striving to improve our work and support each other.
  • Simplicity: Focusing on straightforward and effective solutions.
  • Legacy: Creating meaningful and lasting impact.
  • Care: Demonstrating genuine concern for colleagues, customers, and ethical business practices.

Benefits

  • Flexible working arrangements including hybrid options with access to well-equipped offices.
  • Additional parental leave and extra days off beyond statutory requirements, plus opportunities for unpaid leave.
  • Health insurance and pension schemes depending on country of employment.
  • Extra leave for significant life events.
  • Community engagement through regular social events, volunteer programmes, and employee resource groups supporting diversity and inclusion.

Application Process

Applicants should submit a resume and cover letter in English. The recruitment steps include a brief video call with Talent Acquisition, an interview with the hiring manager, a case study, and final discussions with senior logistics leadership. We are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Reasonable accommodations during recruitment are available upon request.
