Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage branch operations including signing lease contracts, preparing expense budgets, controlling expenditures, and processing invoices and reimbursements.
- Ensure communication and adherence to company branch management systems and compliance policies; oversee branch 6S on-site management.
- Conduct inventory and inspection of branch assets and facility equipment, reporting any required repairs.
- Manage receipt, shipping, and inventory of machines and spare parts, standardize inventory operations, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Serve as point of contact for customers and external stakeholders; maintain daily interactions with landlords and business partners.
