Line Minder - Back Shift (3pm to 11pm)

Role Overview

Whitworths Ltd is expanding and seeks skilled Line Minders to join the Irthlingborough site on a permanent, full-time basis. The position operates on the back shift from 3pm to 11pm, covering 40.5 hours weekly with a competitive basic rate of u00A314.23 per hour plus shift bonuses.
Successful candidates will be accountable for managing and running production lines to achieve ambitious productivity and quality objectives. Key duties include preparing the production line before start-up, conducting line setups, and handling changeovers effectively.

Candidate Profile

Although prior production line experience is advantageous, Whitworths provides comprehensive training to suitable applicants. Basic engineering knowledge is beneficial but not required. Applicants should exhibit dedication, proactiveness, and high work standards, and possess adequate literacy and numeracy skills. Previous exposure to the food manufacturing sector is preferred.
