Role Overview
The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions, ensuring legal compliance and assisting clients with litigation matters strategically.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate legal documents including contracts and agreements pertaining to real estate.
- Undertake rigorous legal research on pertinent laws and regulations to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with clients to comprehend their legal needs and provide effective strategic advice on litigation issues.
- Examine complex contractual terms carefully to uncover potential legal risks or concerns.
Job Requirements
- Possess 12 to 25 years of experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, or litigation specifically within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law principles and their application.
- Proven ability to draft clear, concise, and legally effective documents.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively as a team member.
Eligibility
Candidates should hold an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree in any specialization.
