About the Role
Join a nationwide full-time six-month trainee program starting on October 1, 2026, aimed at developing leadership skills within the fashion retail sector. This program offers comprehensive exposure to store operations, including sales floor activities, commercial and operational insights, culminating in initial management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain thorough knowledge of store functions from merchandising to operational management.
- Develop an understanding of customer dynamics, sales data, and fashion trends.
- Learn to set priorities, inspire team members, and foster collaboration to achieve strong business results.
- Participate in workshops focused on communication, feedback, conflict and stress management, supplemented by systemic coaching and regular developmental meetings.
Candidate Profile
- Prior work experience in retail.
- Completion of education or degree in fashion or business administration is preferred.
- Strong leadership philosophy centered on motivating, nurturing, and guiding team development.
- Passion for numbers, trends, and economic principles with an eagerness to apply insights to store decision-making.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and continuous refinement of skills related to customers and collections.
- Willingness to be flexible and learn at different locations across Germany.
- Proficient communication skills in German and English for interaction with international teams.
