About the Role
This position is a field-based, customer-facing role centered on engaging residential homeowners to schedule appointments for our sales team. You will introduce homeowners to our range of window and door services, initiate conversations, and arrange in-home consultations for interested clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in designated residential neighborhoods.
- Engage homeowners in discussions about window and door improvement projects.
- Arrange qualified in-home appointments for sales representatives.
- Utilize tablets or iPads to monitor daily appointments and activities.
- Maintain a professional and positive company representation within the community.
Job Environment
This active outdoor role requires walking several hours per shift and engaging with numerous individuals daily. Success depends on independent work, achieving performance targets, handling rejection constructively, and sustaining motivation. Consistency, strong communication, and effort are critical.
Performance Expectations
- Interact with 10 to 25 homeowners daily.
- Schedule 2 to 5 qualified appointments each day.
- Earnings increase through meeting or exceeding performance goals via bonuses.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay of $20 per hour plus bi-weekly performance bonuses.
- Typical first-year total earnings range from $45,000 to $70,000 or more.
- Top performers can earn above $80,000 annually.

Work Schedule
- Part-time and full-time positions available, working 4-5 days weekly with one weekend day required.
