Lead Generation Executive

About the Role

Kathleho Elevators India Private Limited is seeking a motivated and energetic Lead Generation Executive to support our business in Lift, Elevator, Escalator, and Car Parking Solutions. This role involves identifying and connecting with prospective customers to generate quality sales leads vital for business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business leads via cold calls, research, social media, and other marketing avenues.
• Target and identify key stakeholders such as builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and owners of commercial/residential developments.
• Assess and qualify leads according to client needs and project progress.
• Arrange meetings between the sales team and potential clients.
• Keep detailed and organized records of leads using CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture and advance leads through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to provide updates on lead status and customer insights.
• Meet assigned lead generation goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Submit comprehensive daily activity reports to the Reporting Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Fundamental familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Confidence in cold calling and sustained customer engagement.
• A positive mindset coupled with eagerness to learn and improve.
• Effective interpersonal and negotiation talents.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet defined targets.
• Graduation in any discipline preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 13,000 and INR 18,500.
