• Coordinate with proponents, contractors, and other involved parties so construction work stays on track and mechanical completion is achieved.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
• Applicants should have 0 to 2 years of experience in project management or a similar field.
• Experience from internships, co-op programs, or training in project management, Operational Excellence, or performance management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are needed, along with the ability to interpret KPI and performance data.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices is expected.

Preferred certifications and skills

• Six Sigma certification is mandatory.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Full professional proficiency in English is preferred.
• Project management capability is preferred.
