Role and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and sustain web applications utilizing the Laravel framework.
• Produce clean, efficient, and reusable code for scalable software solutions.
• Manage and work with MySQL databases as part of application development processes.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs and external third-party services seamlessly.
• Identify, debug, and improve existing application performance and reliability.
• Collaborate effectively with development teams to design and implement new application features.
• Engage in code reviews adhering to established coding standards to ensure quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2 to 4 years of substantial experience in Laravel development environments.
• Strong command of the Laravel framework.
• In-depth understanding of MVC architecture and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Experience with database design and optimization using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery; familiarity with Vue.js or React is preferred.
• Experience using version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
• Comfortable with Composer, package management, and Laravel ecosystem tools.
• Understanding of caching mechanisms, performance improvements, and application security best practices.
• Experience deploying applications on Linux servers with Apache or Nginx and familiarity with cloud platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.
