Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated L1 Production Support professional to join our team at Trinity Consulting Services in Singapore. This role focuses on supporting IT production environments within banking or financial sectors, ensuring smooth operation of core banking systems.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Production Support, preferably within banking or financial services sectors.
- Have foundational knowledge of core banking systems and the intricacies of banking operations.
- Experience with Sunline Core Banking systems is considered a valuable advantage.
- Be familiar with ticketing systems as well as monitoring tools including Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Grafana.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities alongside effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of incident management processes will be beneficial.
