Overview
Jollibee is hiring energetic team members who enjoy food and beverage service and want structured exposure across store operations. This role offers hands-on training in multiple areas, with a pathway toward future leadership responsibilities.

Employment Options
Part-time: Flexible crew roles are available, with pay of up to S$11 per hour. For part-time positions with ph x 2, the rate can go up to S$20 per hour. Sales incentives are also offered. Homemakers, students, and other applicants are welcome.
Full-time (shift-based): Available roles include kitchen staff, service staff, and management trainee. Monthly pay for full-time roles ranges from S$2,000 to S$3,000.

Kitchen Staff Role
Kitchen team members help keep restaurant operations running smoothly while ensuring food and service quality meet brand expectations. Duties include preparing food in the kitchen and being trained to handle, cook, and serve quality meals to customers.
Service Staff Role
Service team members support the smooth running of the restaurant by responding to customer questions and feedback, taking orders, assembling and packaging food, serving meals, promoting menu items, and preparing food for delivery and takeaway orders.
Management Trainee Role
Management trainees learn across different stations in the kitchen, service, and catering areas. The role is designed to build service excellence and help employees progress quickly into the next level of responsibility, including arm training and higher positions.
