About the Role
Join the Dalata Hotel Group team as a Kitchen Porter in Brighton, England, where you'll receive structured training through the Dalata Academy to build essential skills. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations effectively.
- Follow instructions from department managers to monitor food quality and maintain an adequate supply of clean cooking utensils and ware at all times.
- Ensure the kitchen environment remains clean and hygienic consistently.
- Collaborate closely with the chef team to uphold HACCP standards.
Required Experience and Skills
- Prior experience working in a kitchen environment is essential.
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently using your own initiative.
