Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual dedicated to nurturing children's spiritual growth and helping them build a meaningful relationship with Jesus. This newly created role within the church focuses on engaging with the community, leading worship in school settings, and growing a volunteer team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Kids Ministry during two Sunday morning services.
• Recruit, train, and expand a team of volunteer helpers.
• Conduct collective worship sessions at the local parish primary school.
• Collaborate with the vicar to facilitate prayer spaces at the school.
• Organize and lead various community events and significant church services as required.

Working Hours

This is a part-time position requiring 2.5 days per week, specifically including Thursday afternoons, some Tuesday mornings, and Sunday mornings.
