Role Summary

As a Key Account Manager based in our Galway office, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and enhancing relationships with more than 200 of DCI's largest clients, as well as supporting additional portfolios. Operating Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, you will be pivotal in driving customer growth and ensuring portfolio profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and implement strategic account plans to foster customer growth and enhance profitability.
• Serve as the primary representative for over 200 clients, fostering loyalty and engagement.
• Promote Radius’s product suite to augment client retention and satisfaction.
• Tailor communication and engagement strategies to suit diverse customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overarching company goals and strategies.
• Provide support to other client portfolios with equal dedication and professionalism.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in an account management setting.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning and critical thinking.
• Strong negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possession of a full Irish or UK driving license.
