Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Junior Document Controller to assist in the management of project documentation and maintain strict quality management systems within our operations.
Key Duties
- Organize, maintain, and update all project-related documents, drawings, and records.
- Monitor and control document revisions to ensure correct version management.
- Handle the submission process of documents, transmittals, and related correspondence.
- Liaise with engineering and project teams to streamline document workflows.
- Archive and retrieve documents following company policies to maintain compliance.
- Assist in enforcing document control standards and quality assurance requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
- Minimum of one year experience in document control or managing project documentation.
- Competent in MS Office applications; familiarity with Aconex, SharePoint, or similar Electronic Document Management Systems is favorable.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
- Capable of performing duties accurately in a demanding and fast-moving environment.
