Role Overview
If you have a passion for data and enjoy analyzing complex problems to reveal underlying patterns, this position offers an excellent growth opportunity as a Junior Data & Analytics Consultant. Collaboration and analytical thinking are key components of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to design and develop production-ready data products using the ONE DATA platform or other tools, progressing beyond conceptualization to implementation.
- Work closely with clients to derive meaningful value from diverse, often fragmented and unclean data sources.
- Support projects from initial proof of value through to completed data products by integrating data engineering, robust analytical techniques, structured conceptual development, and an understanding of the business significance of data and algorithms.
- Engage in comprehensive communication with clients at various project and managerial levels to ensure alignment and clarity.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a completed degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or Mathematics.
- Prior experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, and/or Data Analytics.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with data, algorithms, and scalable infrastructures while valuing simple, effective solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages and query languages, particularly Python and/or SQL.
- Strong team-oriented approach with a commitment to learning and open communication.
- Fluent German and good English language skills are mandatory.
