Role Overview
We seek a full-time data analysis and visualization specialist based in Grand Prairie, TX, focused on elevating strategic and operational performance and increasing transparency in business processes. This position involves data mining, statistical analysis, applying visualization methods, and creating robust visualization systems.
Key Contributions
- Support, maintain, and build KPIs across manufacturing operations
- Leverage strong problem-solving abilities to identify operational issues and develop scripted remedies
- Conduct business, operational, and engineering data analyses; deliver insightful reports to stakeholders
- Determine data needs for projects and ad-hoc queries; undertake exploratory data analyses; identify trends and quality issues; create impactful visualizations and insights
- Detect and resolve data discrepancies
- Engage effectively with technical and non-technical teams to comprehend processes and advocate data-informed decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience in data analytics and visualization
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI for data analysis
- Experience using ETL tools such as KNIME or Altryx
- Development skills in scripting languages including PHP, Python, or C#
- Sound understanding of visual design principles
- Authorization to work in the US indefinitely without company sponsorship
Preferred Skills
- Experience within manufacturing settings
- Knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI concepts
- Familiarity with low-code platforms like Mendix and Snowflake data sources
- Understanding of ERP software such as SAP

Compensation
Salary Range: $67,544 to $115,790 annually
