Junior Data Analyst

Role overview

This position is for an entry-level Data Analyst who will help turn raw information into useful business insights. The role supports decision-making by collecting, organizing, checking, and analyzing data, then sharing results through reports and summaries.

What you will do

• Gather data from different sources, clean it, and put it into a usable format
• Carry out simple analyses to spot patterns, movements, and trends
• Check datasets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Update records, maintain datasets, and keep supporting documentation current
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and concise summaries of findings
• Handle routine analysis requests and other ad hoc data tasks
• Work with analysts and other teams to understand reporting needs
• Record methods used, assumptions made, and sources of data
• Help with operational reporting and performance monitoring
• Follow established data quality and governance practices
