Junior Community Manager (m/f/x)

Overview

This full-time Community Manager role, based in Germany and offered with a fully remote setup, focuses on actively managing social media communities for The Quality Group's brands ESN and More Nutrition. The position is permanent and demands excellent communication skills and passion for community engagement and product advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engagement and interactions across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Moderate comments, messages, and community feedback to maintain a positive and constructive environment.
• Work independently and reliably within a scheduled roster system.
• Apply sound judgment in content moderation and feedback gathering activities.
• Be available to work on weekends and public holidays as part of the duty schedule.

Required Experience and Skills

• Residence in Germany is mandatory.
• At least one year of professional experience in customer-oriented roles such as customer service, social media marketing, or community management.
• Strong grammar, clear expression, and effective communication abilities.
• A passion for delivering exceptional products and service to customers.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for fostering and growing community engagement.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using mobile devices for work tasks.
• High level of self-responsibility, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Good command of English language is advantageous.
